When the order ships, carrier website will show that a label was created. Upon the creation of a label, the order generally shows movement within 24-48 hours on the shippers website. Can I cancel an order?

Once you have placed your order and it has been ship, we are unable to change or cancel your order. If you do find you have placed an order that you no longer require, you can return it within 14 days of your order date for a refund within the terms of our Return Policy for Items Purchased Online.
